Business Valuations are one of the most underutilized tools for business owners. It is a common belief that the only need for a business valuation is when you are preparing to sell. Although it may be the most popular, it is hardly the only reason. Legal matters, financial planning, business monitoring, financing, and tax issues are all reasons why a business owner may need to seek a business valuation. Depending on the purpose and size we offer multiple levels of reports.

Shareholder/Partner and Buy-Sells Agreements
This story has been told many times. A group of talented individuals start a business. Initially they contribute different assets to the company for their share of ownership. The company grows and becomes successful. Unfortunately, what also grows is dissention between the partners. Some shareholders or partners have the foresight to structure a clear, concise buy-sell document at the start of their business. Others do not. We strategic partners that will prepare valuations for the spouse who is the business owner, the non-owning spouse or in some cases for both parties where they concurrently agree to engage services.
