Our Pricing
Retainer and Hourly Fees: A retainer is established in a formalized acquisition search engagement along with an hourly rate for work provided. The fees collected during the search are partially-credited against the Success Fees at closing. Therefore, once an acquisition has been completed, much of these fees are generally offset. Success Fees: The majority of our fees are earned upon the successful completion of a transaction. Expenses: We generally don't incur many, if any, out-of-pocket expenses related to buy-side clients. However, if significant travel or other extraordinary expenses are required we will request reimbursement, subject to pre-approval. |
